Loren has developed a wide range of leading-edge electronic products and technologies, and has directed teams of world-class engineers and scientists in the development of award winning communication products. He has also joined with entrepreneurs to start and build several high-tech electronics and internet ventures. In this role, he led the development of industry-changing technologies, designed and executed pivotal market strategies and negotiated strategic financial transactions of various types.
Loren is a 25-year veteran of the semiconductor and related technical industries with executive and management operating experience. He has worked with leading companies including AT&T Bell Labs, Motorola, Simtek, Cypress Semiconductor among many others.
He holds two degrees (with honors) in electrical engineering from the University of Texas-Austin, and 21 patents in the field of electronics.
In his off time, Loren is a pilot and escapes to the air any chance he can get.
Ajit offers deep and extensive experience in operations across a wide range of topics including managing globally distributed operations, product development, captive manufacturing, outsourcing, supply chain, quality, customer facing processes, etc. to help businesses achieve operational excellence.
Ajit is a 18-year veteran with experience in semiconductor device fabrication, assembly, and testing as well as PCB manufacturing and assembly industries. He has worked with leading companies including Intel, Hewlett Packard, and Agilent Technologies among others.
He has a Masters degree in engineering from University of Kansas and Bachelors degree in engineering from Institute of Technology, India.
Outside of work, Ajit is involved in the Cub Scout program along with his son where they love outdoor activities.
Ann brings strong strategic and market analysis skills to the table. Her ability to look in and across an organization to determine bottlenecks and gaps in the business model bring to light key areas of opportunity for business improvement.
Ann is a 22-year veteran with experience in technology, financial, media and retail industries. She has worked with leading companies including Trimble Navigation, Delta Airlines, Hasbro Toys, Gannett, iTradeNetwork, AlarmPoint Systems among many others.
She has a BS in Business from Montana State University.
When she is not navigating the turbulent waters of business, Ann spends time enjoying the mountains of Colorado with her husband and two kids hiking, snowshoeing and boating.
Chris offers clients skills as a strategic business advisor and navigator including analysis of a companys position in the marketplace, applicability of products and services to target markets. He brings to the client, significant skills in organizational structure, behavior and growth. Extensive experience in running high performance cross-functional teams and strategic business decision making are attributes clients value.
Chris is a 30-year veteran of the semiconductor and related technical industries with roles in senior management, operations, wafer fabrication, test, assembly, product engineering, design engineering and marketing. He has worked with leading companies including Texas Instruments, Honeywell, Atmel Corporation, and Aurora Semiconductor among many others.
He has a BSEE and MSEE from the University of Notre Dame and MBA courses at Texas Tech University and the University of Colorado
When Chris gets away from the office, he enjoys reading fiction novels as well as working with his hands restoring and repairing classic cars.
Jil brings strong marketing communications strategy and tactics skills to the team. Her expertise in public relations, advertising, online, direct mail and channel marketing help companies effectively communicate their value proposition to key target markets and customers.
Jil is a 25+ year veteran with experience in technology software, hardware, semiconductors, peripherals, computers and services and business-to-business marketing. She has worked with leading companies including TRW, Honeywell, AMD, Cyrix, Arrow Electronics, Fairchild Semiconductor, TI, United Technologies, Ford, HP and Sharp among many others.
She has a BS in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of San Diego. Jil also studied sociology at the London School of Economics.
As a mom, Jil enjoys family activities, such as watching movies and TV shows with her teenage son.
Kurt brings a unique set of skills in the area of intellectual asset, patent, and technical services evaluation to the group. He helps guide companies with IP asset evaluation, management, enforcement and competitive intelligence issues to maximize stakeholder value.
Kurt is a 30-year veteran with experience in the automotive, telecommunication, nanotechnology, semiconductor devices, advanced materials, biotech, and IP services industries. He has worked with leading global high-tech companies including Abbott Laboratories, Agilent, Alcatel-Lucent, AT&T, British Telecom, GM, LG, Hewlett-Packard, Honeywell, Intellectual Ventures, Intel, LSI Logic, Motorola, N.V. Philips Research Laboratories, Nissan, Telcordia, Toshiba, United Technologies, Rockwell/Rockwell Science Center, Conexant, and IP Enginuity among others. He has also worked with many IP law firms including Foley & Lardner, DLA Piper, Katten Muchin, Kellog Huber, Darby & Darby and others, and has served as a testifying expert in patent litigation cases.
He has a BS and MS in Ceramic Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla.
When Kurt escapes the riggers of IP asset management, he enjoys golf, hiking, and scenic Kauai.
Pete is skilled in strengthening all aspects of a company's finance function -- both technical and strategic. He is well versed in aligning company strategy with market opportunity and internal execution to maximize profit. His finance deliverables typically include implementing metrics, streamlining financials, executing due diligence preparation before a financing, and fixing out of control accounting processes.
Pete is a 15-year veteran with experience in investment management, venture capital and as a CFO. His industry experience has focused on technology including the semiconductor, broadband communications, and software sectors. He has worked with leading companies including what is now Ameriprise Financial as well as small to mid-size companies such as Vistaar Technologies, Peakview Solutions, and Mesa Networks among others.
He has a BS in Economics from Brigham Young University and MBA with a finance and accounting emphasis from University of Arizona.
Outside the world of high finance, Pete enjoys backpacking and climbing Colorado's "14ers" with his children. He has notched fourteen 14ers now. He also enjoys basketball and is actively involved as a youth leader in Boy Scouts of America.
